In the heart of Paris, in the second arrondissement, just steps from Place des Victoires, a communications executive with a passion for design entrusted Fabrizi Fiorentino (Atelier FCA) and the Desprez Bréhéret Gallery with the transformation of his 120-square-meter apartment, located in a charming 19th-century building. This project stemmed from a desire to preserve the space’s historic identity, reinterpreting it with a contemporary vision that conveys a refined Parisian allure.

The apartment retained many valuable features intact—mouldings, original cornices, and period fireplaces—testimony to an elegant and cultured past. However, the internal layout was fragmented and lacking in flow. The project approached the project with great sensitivity, redesigning the spaces to restore visual continuity, brightness, and a new perception of the spaces. The partitions were redesigned to create a harmonious dialogue between the rooms, striking a balanced balance between historical memory and contemporary comfort.

The result is a sophisticated and restrained interior, where classic Parisian architecture meets a minimalist and contemporary style. Materials, colors, and details are carefully calibrated to enhance an elegant yet understated atmosphere, where every design choice contributes to building a coherent, intimate narrative deeply rooted in the urban and cultural context of Paris.

Within this context, a key role is played by the choice of Ritmonio Diametro35 faucets in Brushed Dark Bronze finish, a distinctive element that perfectly captures the character of the project. The Diametro35 collection stands out as one of the most prestigious solutions in contemporary bathroom design, thanks to its pure and essential design that seamlessly interacts with the apartment’s historic architecture.

The Brushed Dark Bronze finish adds depth and warmth to the spaces, creating a refined contrast with the surrounding surfaces and evoking a sophisticated color palette, in keeping with the project’s aesthetic. The faucet is conceived not as a simple functional element, but as an architectural detail capable of elevating the space and strengthening its identity.

Ritmonio’s formal precision, material quality, and technological research make Diametro35 a choice perfectly consistent with the project’s philosophy: a discreet and timeless design, where each element is designed to last and to convey a vision of authentic elegance.
