The project, overseen by Architect Nicola Pedron of LAB DESIGN, involved the complete renovation of a penthouse located in the historic center of Reggio Emilia, within an elegant Art Nouveau building from the early 20th century. The project stemmed from the desire to reinterpret the building’s historic character through a contemporary language, combining minimalism and timeless elegance.
